SimpleWeather: Simply Weather

As the name implies, Simple weather is one of those sites I love for simplicity and usefulness.  Many weather sites see putting add-ons like news and other links as a plus for the stickiness of their site that most of the time you'll have a hard time remembering what exactly it is that you came to their site for.

Simple weather on the other hand gives the weather, period.  With no non sense, enter the ZIP code or city and weather is presented right away.  The data is provided by weather.com.

There's room for improvement though, for example, when you enter a city you'll still need to confirm which one from the list of cities the site will provide.  It would actually be easier if they used a map so users could simply select a location.

An other limitation on SimpleWeather are the locations it serves.  I don't think it's so hard to get the data from the same source for the rest of the world.  It's good to hear that they're working on it for China and Canada.

Generally, the site is great for people who simply need to know how's the weather somewhere in the US.  But like I said, why not the world?  Anyway, great concept and nice execution.
