Mozilla Firefox 3.1 Beta 2 Release Notes

For Mozilla Firefox engine fans out there, you may just be surprised to hear this one. Mozilla Corp. has recently released newest version, the Firefox 3.1 Beta 2 engine. What’s cool about this is that it’s Javascript is faster and has a privacy mode.

Released in December of last year, it has a Private Browsing feature. This enables the user to erase any trace of browsing history. With this, it has been called the "porn mode" of the engine. We say it is as cool as it gets.

Though for shortcut key addicts out there, you may want to know that there has been a feature removed in this engine. That is the Ctrl+Tab tab switching feature. Instead, it has been replaced with another feature in which the user may switch on the current and previous tab.

Well, despite these alterations, we think that the new Mozilla Firefox will be much appreciated knowing it has a TraceMonkey, which makes browsing all the quicker, coupled by its privacy feature. The Firefox 3.1 Beta 2 engine is available for download for Mac OS X, Windows and Linux in
