It is less than 10 days anyway before Palm Pre will become available in Sprint, and people have been curious as to what other things this phone can do aside from giving the iPhone a mad competition.

Engadget has recently published a business launch guide that not only revealed how Palm Pre will be sold to prospective buyers, but also some added details about the phone itself.

For one, Palm Pre uses a standard micro-USB port for charging, but it would only allow its own chargers.  The Palm Pre-compatible travel and vehicle chargers are sold separately at $31.99 and $34.99 respectively.  According to the manual, any other chargers may not work properly with the Palm Pre.

Palm Pre also has a "sealed form factor," making repairs completely difficult and the risk of damage extremely high.  This means that in case of damage, you could only exchange your Palm Pre while repairs are virtually problematic.  This smartphone will also have DataViz Documents To Go, which enables you to read PFG films regarding your office.

It will also have a "remote wipe," which enables you to make you Palm Pre useless in case the phone is stolen.  However, that still does not eliminate the fact your Palm Pre is stolen.

Aside from the Palm Pre, accessories will also become available from a clear plastic holster for $24.99, leather pouch for $39.99, and the Touchstone for $69.99.  Meanwhile, phone covers will become available shortly after launch at $29.99 each.

Finally, Palm Pre will be offered on plans.  The lowest is 450 minutes at $69.99, 900 minutes is available at $89.99, and simply everything (or unlimited call) for only $99.99.  All three plans will include unlimited data.
