The shakeup in Yahoo! continues to rattle. After founder Jerry Yang left the Board of Directors last month, the board continues to shed off old faces in favor of new ones. PC World reports that four members of the board have tendered their resignations.

Among those departing the Yahoo’s BOD is Chairman Roy Bostock, ending his four-year reign in that position. He is perhaps most well-known for his refusal to accept Microsoft’s offer back in 2008. This bring Yahoo down to just seven board members, but the company continues to search for replacements.

Not much is known who will take Yang’s and Bostock’s places, but they will obviously has a lot of work to do judging how Yahoo is currently struggling.
